Through Love Dane, Dane County churches serve at volunteer sites who are their community partners, like schools or community centers.
To establish a volunteer site, someone from a church needs to volunteer to help coordinate a site with an existing community partner. Once there is a coordinator identified (also called a “Partner Church” coordinator), other churches can join in to support the project.
-
To get involved, fill out this interest form. You’ll be able to indicate if you want to:
Receive news when the volunteer opportunities open.
Get materials to be able to share with your church’s leadership about the church getting involved.
Be your church's point person/project coordinator for Love Dane.
-
Yes! If your church doesn’t officially get involved, we would love for you to volunteer with us! Find a site that makes sense for your location and join us!
And, if participating this year gets you excited to get your church on board in the future, we’d love for you to connect us with someone in your church who could make that decision next year.

Thanks to sponsors for this event and our sustaining donors, we’re able to coordinate this event at no cost to churches, so that there are no barriers to participate.
However, we also welcome churches to sponsor the event if they are able and find it in alignment with their goals and mission. Learn more.
